INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change (EMC) began with a vision and an objective: to provide business professionals with new lenses through which to see and understand their world holistically—starting with themselves and moving outward to family, group and community dynamics, and finally to use that knowledge to create more effective organisations.
Our prehistoric ancestors shared the planet with at least three species of early humans. Over time, as modern humans spread around the world, the other three species became extinct. We became the sole survivors in the human family tree. The key that led to our success was our ability to adapt to the changes and challenges presented in our daily life.

I was born in a small city in Bulgaria, 30 minutes away from the border between Greece and Turkey. My name, Albena, means “wild mountain peonies”, symbolising health and beauty. I am Bulgarian and Armenian by blood, Canadian by pride and French by heart. Any fun facts?
