A lot is being said about how to be successful with your job search during uncertain times. However, I don’t see job search as some mystical creature that needs demystification. “Are the firms still hiring?” “Should I still look for a job or should I just take a break from job search?” If these questions have crossed your mind, you are not alone. Although hiring has slowed down, there is a general consensus among a number of professionals from different sectors that it has not completely stopped.
We will go through this. The world will re-emerge from this crisis much stronger and much more resilient than before. Things need to change though, and we need to start from politics and from entrepreneurship. COVID-19 is a wake-up call for everyone. We all have a role to play in this.
