INSEAD classrooms are a “social” lab for me where the diversity of people really helps me to look at the same problem from so many lenses and perspectives.
I believe an important reason for the inspiring learning environment is not only the careful selection of students but also the professors’ ability to create an inclusive and informal classroom atmosphere where all students feel like participating.
INSEAD operates on a “psychological safety” principle, and everyone is encouraged to curiously and respectfully inquire and connect. Of the top schools, the campus is unequivocally the most diverse. Make use of that diversity of ethnicity, nationality, and thought.
The GMAT is a requirement for most business school programmes, including the INSEAD Master in Management (MIM) and MBA. It is also among the assessment options for the INSEAD Executive MBA and Executive Master in Finance.
For those interested in exploring entrepreneurship as a career path, I highly recommend you roll up your sleeves and actually try to build a real startup during your time at INSEAD.
