INSEAD Singapore Scholarship Awards Now Open!

In 2000, INSEAD inaugurated its Asia campus in Singapore. With this bold step, INSEAD became the first business school to have two full-fledged campuses with permanent faculty - one in Europe, the other in Asia. 

Since then, the school’s vision evolved from "creating a bridge between Asia and the rest of the world” to bringing together people, cultures and ideas to develop responsible leaders who transform business and society globally. We have also added the Middle East campus in Abu Dhabi, as well as the San Francisco Hub.

A New Financing Option for African Students

Prior to INSEAD, I had worked for four years in financial markets advisories in the US, and by coming to INSEAD, I always hoped that I would be able to do something that I had never done and go somewhere that I had never been. A summer at African Leadership Finance Company (ALFC) in Nairobi, Kenya hit two birds with one stone with the help of the INSEAD Social Impact Award. The reason for doing this internship was threefold:

Powering Women Through Scholarships

It is still a long road ahead when it comes to gender balance in leadership, but more women are recognising the need for higher education to achieve their true potential. Financing an MBA is challenging but women are finding ways such as scholarships to help them fulfil their dreams. Some institutions and individuals are committed to supporting women and have endowed scholarships or created partnerships that avail the means for women to advance in their careers.

Social Enterprise Awards at INSEAD

The Fontainebleau campus is enjoying sunny days and the MBA July '18 Class is already close to finishing their first Period on the Programme. It seems that just not that long ago they were just preparing to embark on their journey. The pace is fast at INSEAD, and we are looking forward to welcoming the January '18 Class in just a couple of months.
