  1. P1 Recap

Time is officially flying way too fast. Last week brought the end of my first "period" at INSEAD. INSEAD divides the year into five two-month "periods", each with different classes. The first two periods we complete core business classes (finance, accounting, organisational behaviour, etc). After that, we take electives. From a scheduling perspective, periods 1 and 2 (P1 and P2 respectively) are the most intense periods. After P2, the schedule is a little lighter, so everyone has time to recruit for a job.

  2. The Intensive Language Programme At INSEAD

Even though this week is Launch Week for my MBA cohort, I’ve had the privilege of living the INSEAD MBA life for over a month now. Thanks to the Intensive Language Programme (ILP), I’ve been living in Fontainebleau (or Fonty as we call it), meeting classmates from around the world, and making incredible memories since early July.

  3. Finding the Balance

I first learned about FMB (Maio Biodiversity Foundation) – a non-profit organisation dedicated to the protection of local biodiversity and ecosystems in Maio, a small island in Cape Verde off the coast of West Africa – in our Organisational Behaviour (OB) class at INSEAD. FMB was also the focus of INSEAD Master Strategist Day in October 2021.

  4. We Met as Strangers

After nearly two years, navigating a global pandemic and becoming a mother for the first time, I graduated as part of the Executive Master in Change (EMC) Class of 2022 in Singapore. It was such an honour to be chosen to deliver a speech on behalf of the graduating class. There were many moments I was not too sure whether I would be able to reach that finish line of graduation, especially given the many challenges faced as a mum of a newborn.

  9. Three Months After My INSEAD MBA Journey — Reflections and Roads Ahead

It’s been a whole twelve months since I wrote about my first week at INSEAD. It turned out that a journal is a promise impossible to keep. :) I just landed in Stockholm, a city I had never visited before I decided to move here. The last twelve months were truly a whirlwind journey from Germany to France and then to Sweden.

  10. A Climate Enthusiast Venturing Into Venture Capital

This internship experience was supported by the INSEAD Hoffmann Institute Impact Internship Stipend. This past summer, I had the unique experience of interning as an MBA Associate at Antler – a global early-stage VC focused on helping the earliest founders build new products and companies. While making the transition from a large corporate bank and into VC, here are the top five things I learned.
