"INSEAD was simply the best programme for my needs."
Trudy Lei
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Director of Operations at Gold House Foundation
American
Trudy holds a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and a Master's degree in Public Health, and has spent time in China and Africa as a researcher and worked in business development roles in the sector prior to joining INSEAD.
"I was only interested in programmes that had a clear focus on global perspectives within their student class, academic programme, and experiences," says Trudy in regards to her reasons for choosing the INSEAD MBA.
"Taking two years out of my career at this point seemed too long, so INSEAD was simply the best programme for my wants and needs. The global and professional diversity in this programme is incomparable and I couldn't be happier with my choice."
"INSEAD moves very quickly," she shares of her experience in the first couple of months. "While many people come into MBA programmes confused and with a desire to explore, I highly recommend spending time before your programme to narrow down your top priorities both with the experience overall, as well as for specific career opportunities."
"But don't get comfortable too quickly! INSEAD is such a unique opportunity and community, so definitely use it to continue to meet new people and try new things."
"The INSEAD MBA should bring me exactly what I need to take the next step in my career."

"The INSEAD MBA should bring me exactly what I need to take the next step in my career," he says. "It gives you everything you need to become a global leader. I don't see any other business school that offers this truly transformational journey."
In the first few weeks of the programme, Colin applied for a leadership position at the Student Impact Fund and joined the Environment and Business Club.
"I met like-minded students equally passionate about impact, climate change and global issues. Clubs are a great opportunity to learn and network. I am looking forward to contributing", he shares.
"INSEAD's focus on diversity is aligned with my own values."
