The Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA Class of 2025 started their journey on the Tsinghua campus in Beijing in September 2023. Over the next 22 months, they will alternate between the INSEAD campuses in Singapore, France and the United Arab Emirates and Tsinghua's campuses in China on a unique journey that blends the best of Eastern and Western business and leadership insights.

Originally from Italy, Daniela is a sales professional who has worked in Ireland, the Netherlands, China and Australia, where she is currently based.
She has over 20 years of experience in high-tech companies such as IBM, Huawei, Cisco and Amazon.
"During my career, I have gained valuable insights into the complexities of the global business landscape. However, I recognise the need for further development to better understand and navigate the dynamic and rapidly changing business environment", she says.

William Chan

Currently based in Hong Kong, William has built a successful career in a range of different organisations.

Nina is an experienced strategic and operational leader with a strong track record in market entry for China, including setting up entities for foreign companies and developing growth and restructuring strategies such as joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
