Fun fact about yourself -what is something unexpected about you?

When I was in kindergarten, my dream job was to become a bus ticket seller who could take a free bus all day long and have a special seat to sell tickets and make money - but now this job almost no longer exists due to electronic pay, how times change!

So, what made you decide to pursue the TIEMBA?

In an era of rapid change, after more than 17 years working in the industry, it was critical for me to refresh my vision of business, and connect the dots from business practices.

The TIEMBA programme had a good reputation in its inclusive and diversified culture and business perspective, and provided the best resource and opportunity for my learning experience and career exploration.

If you were to describe your experience so far in a few sentences, what would it be?

The TIEMBA is like a voyage of discovery.

Has the TIEMBA helped you in your career so far?

Yes, the TIEMBA helped me to rethink the value chain in the Human Resource function, set up a leadership develpment plan, and given me a new perspective to plan my future career direction.

Could you tell us more about your learning experience?

The learning experience is enjoyable and inspirational - the programme introduces the panorama of business administration: from macro to micro economics, financing to strategy, organisation to leadership development, which has helped me gain a broad vision and professional academic knowledge.
