Could you share a fun fact about yourself? What’s something unexpected about you?

I’m passionate about coffee to the point that I opened a coffee shop in Beirut.

Tell us why you decided to pursue the MBA, and in particular, the INSEAD MBA?

The INSEAD MBA is something I wanted to pursue for a very long time. It’s the best opportunity for me to advance in my career and grow my horizons.

Can you share your thoughts about the class experience, professors, the curriculum so far?

I am really enjoying the academic aspect of INSEAD.

The professors are very qualified and the material we are getting is eye-opening to new experiences which will help us better innovate in our professional life in the future.

I also like the fact that INSEAD has appointed PLDP and Career coaches to students to help them develop their skills, personality and support in career-related decision making.

Have you joined any clubs, taken ownership of or participated in any interesting initiatives?

I joined a few clubs (e.g. Music club, Entrepreneurship club, Environment and Business). I am currently working on a new initiative to lead a club at INSEAD (TBA).

What are you most looking forward to during your time on the programme?

I am looking forward to creating life-long bonds with my classmates.

Any tips for those who are considering an INSEAD MBA?

I worked with a lot of MBAers in my career and I always took their advice on which school I should go to. Most people tell me “it depends” and would go on about how people should choose their MBAs based on what industry the want to work in afterwards.

When it came to INSEAD, alumni give you a straight answer: “Don’t think about it, go to INSEAD”. So far, I agree with the INSEAD alumni.

Parting words of wisdom?

Try and leave this world a little better than you found it, and when your turn comes to die, you can die happy in feeling that at any rate, you have not wasted your time but have done your best.
