Breadth and depth. This is how I would characterise the impact that TIEMBA has on my professional life. The range of topics that we have studied and discussed allows me to make an impact in my company on a variety of subjects and executive initiatives. Detailed in-depth case studies and frameworks, for example in the Strategy class, have brought world-class insights that I can now apply in shaping the strategic direction of my division at work.

The epiphany I had during the Innovation class is that innovation is not just a pure technological breakthrough. Innovation can - and should - come from every way the company does business, from Supply Chain to Marketing, and Customer Engagement to Product Management. I am glad to apply these skills and more importantly this mindset in my daily work, when supporting my pre-sales teams around the world.
