The EMBA is dense and challenging but you can trust the process and rely on your community of peers through the journey for help and advice.

Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?
As an autodidact player of multiple instruments, I always keep in mind that life is a balance of orchestrated moments and improvisation!
So, what made you decide to pursue an EMBA, and why did you choose INSEAD?
Right after my Master's degree, I started working in the transport and logistics industry with a main focus on the African continent. A decade later, I felt the need to develop other skills and open careers opportunities.
I chose INSEAD for its academic excellence and the diversity of participants.
I was lucky enough to have several one-to-one calls with previous participants, who shared their experience of the programme.
If you were to describe your experience in one sentence, what would it be?
The EMBA is dense and challenging but you can trust the process and rely on your community of peers through the journey for help and advice.
Has the EMBA helped you in your career so far?
I am now more prompted to contribute to the setting of a strategic plan for my organisation.
What are your thoughts about the multi-campus experience?
I have only been to the Europe campus so far where it's amazing to be a part of the diversity of gender, cultures and professional backgrounds. I trust the same dynamic on the other campuses can only reinforce the cohesion among the cohort.
Could you tell us more about the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) experience?
It’s a combination of self-reflection questionnaires, peer and professional coaching sessions that shape you into an effective and authentic leader. From day one, my LDP team and I decided to ensure that we felt in a safe environment to share our stories, our doubts but also our dreams!
What advice would you give to someone who might be interested in pursuing an INSEAD Masters programme?
Depending on your personal organisation at work, the adaptation phase during the cores modules can be intense.
Create enough time for pre-readings and reflection between each modules, as this is key to enjoying the experience at its best.
