The INSEAD Executive Master in Finance programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders that will drive the finance industry into the future. Applicants must either take the GMAT, the GMAC Executive Assessment (EA) or the GRE – all of which provide a uniform and standardised way of evaluating candidates’ aptitude to cope with the intensity and breadth of the programme.

Scope

GMAT

The GMAT measures four broad skill areas: quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning, integrated reasoning, and analytical writing.

You need to be proficient in certain grammar, algebra, geometry and arithmetic concepts in order to do well in the test.

EA

The EA measures business skills and programme readiness through three broad skill areas: integrated reasoning, verbal and quantitative reasoning.

You will use English language and math skills to demonstrate your knowledge.

GRE

The GRE General Test measures your verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing skills — skills that have been developed over a long period of time and are not related to a specific field of study but are important for all.
