INSEAD MBA Megan Bentzin

Megan Bentzin
Role prior to joining INSEAD: East Regional Director, The Aspen Institute
American

Megan, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, joined INSEAD after spending seven years at the Aspen Institute, a global nonprofit organisation.

As she was exploring ways to pivot her career to a different industry outside of the U.S. she discovered INSEAD.

"The more I spoke with alumni and current students, the more convinced I became that INSEAD was the ideal place for me to learn, develop my leadership skills, and be challenged and inspired by people from all over the world."

INSEAD MBA Francisco Cortesi

Francisco Cortesi
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Finance and Business Development Manager, Puerto + Arquitectura Immobiliaria

Francisco grew up in Chile and hails from a family of entrepreneurs. "This influence has become an integral part of my identity and shapes my worldview", he says. 

"Choosing to pursue my education at INSEAD was a natural decision for me. The institution not only recognises but also nurtures this entrepreneurial perspective."

Francisco, whose background is in engineering, business and finance, is looking to establish himself in Europe for the next steps in his career.

INSEAD MBA Kudirat Olateju

Kudirat Olateju
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Emerging Markets Investment Research, T. Rowe Price
Nigerian, British

Kudirat is an engineer by training with over 10 years experience in programming and quantitative analysis. She describes herself as a firm believer in the power of technology and quantitative methods to empower people and ideas.

"INSEAD was the only business school that appealed to me", she shares.

"Being half way across the world, a big proponent of authenticity, and deeply reflective of my entire spectrum of values including global citizenship, business as a force for good and excellence in all."

INSEAD MBA Mathew George

Mathew George
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Head of Product Management, Quara Holding
Indian

Mathew has more than 10 years of diverse experience in the technology industry across Asia and the Middle East.

He envisions to transition from a digital product management role to a more business-oriented role and selected INSEAD for its academic rigour and global outlook. 

"The academic experience has been extremely enriching and invigorating", he shares of his first few weeks in the programme. "What struck me about campus life is how warm and helpful the community at INSEAD is, and the special effort everyone makes to help each other feel welcomed."

Luiza Carneiro Boechat
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Consultant, Boston Consulting Group
Brazilian

Luiza started her career with technical roles in engineering and then decided to transition into innovation and management consulting.

She is now looking to advance in the consulting field and sees the MBA as an ideal pathway to prepare for this upcoming challenge.

"I wanted to be in a place where I could be exposed to various global business perspectives," she shares. "INSEAD also has a strong focus on sustainability. The Hoffmann Global Institute for Business and Society conducts impactful research in this area, and the recent MBA curriculum renewal reflects a dedication to embedding sustainability principles throughout the educational experience."
