"To advance my career further, I knew I needed to broaden my horizons and develop my leadership skills", she says. "The INSEAD MBA is enabling me to become an even more effective leader and expand my professional network beyond Portugal."
"I wanted to focus on improving my leadership skills to create a multinational business in the future."

Prior to the INSEAD MBA, Nihad worked as an economist and in debt restructuring in Azerbaijan, at McKinsey's Poland office in the public finance field, and then again in the energy sector in Azerbaijan.
"An MBA would give me both technical and soft knowledge required for creating a multinational business in the future. INSEAD being a business school for the world was a natural choice for someone who wanted to focus on the global leadership instead of just working in one country or region", he says.
"I want to start my own tech company in the next five years."
Giang Tran
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Entrepreneur
Vietnamese
Giang started her career as a marketing intern for a manufacturing company in Germany, then moved to Singapore to work for Electrolux's APAC regional office.
After two years of sound learning in a multinational, she returned to Vietnam to explore the fast pace of the startup ecosystem, more significant social impact and breakthrough innovation.
"I know that to prepare for the entrepreneurship path, I need deeper exposure to other business domains than marketing and data", she says.
I decided to pursue the MBA because I wanted to refine my marketing and business acumen.
Jake Camacho
Role prior to joining INSEAD: Director of Growth at Keepme & Co-Founder at Ice Cream Sundays

Jake spent his early years in the Philippines and Singapore, and subsequently moved to Los Angeles for a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Music History.
He started his career in the music industry as the Marketing & Promotion Coordinator for a record label, and then returned to Singapore where he has been working at early-stage startups for the past seven years.
"I intend to make a career change – currently, I am hoping to pivot into big tech, and in the long run I aspire to become a full-time entrepreneur", says Jake.
"Everyone I spoke with agreed: Their INSEAD MBA experience is the best time of their life."
