TIEMBA has been pivotal in my career advancement and personal development. The vigorous programme provides the relevant frameworks to be an effective leader in the rapidly changing global business environment. The Leadership Development Programme (LDP) helped me to re-discover myself through the feedback of my peers and business associates and identified the leadership areas that I could strengthen on as part of leadership development.

I have also benefited tremendously from both INSEAD and Tsinghua University network platform to interact with peers of different nationalities and professions. Such interactions are invaluable for a great diversity of interesting perspectives and have helped me to forge long-standing relationships.
