What milestones or achievements have defined your career since graduating from INSEAD, and how has the MBA contributed to these successes?
Since graduating from INSEAD, I’ve had the privilege of leading Plano’s expansion into China as CEO. We’ve successfully localised our product, serving over one million users and becoming China's leading digital health platform for child myopia management.
INSEAD’s global mindset and leadership training equipped me to navigate cross-cultural challenges, drive strategic partnerships, and build a sustainable growth strategy in a highly dynamic market.
How have the skills and knowledge acquired during the MBA programme changed the way you approach business challenges, solve problems and make decisions today?
INSEAD’s emphasis on critical thinking and strategic problem-solving fundamentally changed how I approach complex challenges. The case-based learning and diverse classroom discussions sharpened my ability to assess opportunities, manage uncertainty, and make data-driven decisions.
