Could you share a little about why you decided to pursue the MBA, and in particular, the INSEAD MBA?
Pursuing an MBA is my chance to reset; to reflect on where I’ve been, build on where I am, and redefine where I’m going. I love being a part of experiences where a diverse group comes together with an all-in mindset. INSEAD was the obvious choice for me because the wide range of nationalities along with the intensity of the one-year length creates exactly that type of community.
Can you share your thoughts about the class experience, professors, the curriculum so far?
I have enjoyed seeing more of the opinions and personalities of the class emerge as we become more comfortable with each other and get used to being back in the classroom setting.
Our professors are also from a wide range of nationalities so it has also been interesting to see their different styles and viewpoints.
Where are you located and what are you most looking forward to during your time on the programme?
I am currently located on the Fontainebleau campus. Six weeks in, we have already made great friendships and built a strong community so I am most looking forward to continuing to see those bonds grow as we support each other during the rest of our journey.
Have you learned any important lessons so far from the MBA experience that has been especially useful?
You can surround yourself with brilliant people from similar backgrounds and have an easier path to a good outcome.

Especially when they bring perspectives that are less well-represented, this will ultimately be both more fulfilling and more impactful.
