Can you tell us a little bit about your professional and personal background?

Our firm Transform is working on human transformation in the context of the organisation. We work on Leadership, Organisational culture and Culture Transformation.

What is a fun fact or something unexpected about you?

I can be very funny unexpectedly and serious at the same time 😊

What made you decide to pursue the EMC at INSEAD?

I was looking to bring theory and practice together, learn from the best, and bring new insights to my clients.

What are your impressions of the classroom atmosphere, the content, professors and your classmates so far?

I LOVE the participants, diverse and different and I love the deep conversations we have together.

Please share some examples of new insights / tools that you have gained through the EMC and how you’ve been able to implement them in your professional life?

I was intrigued by the deep impact of our childhood on our leadership style in our organisations. I love the tool of CCRT (core conflictual relationship theme) I LOVE the variety of theories and tools around the human/organisation trauma.
