Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I buy more books than I can read!

So, what made you decide to pursue an EMBA, and why did you choose INSEAD?

I wanted to position myself for an international role, develop leadership skills, build a diverse network of alumni, and better understand and explore my strengths and weaknesses.

I applied only to INSEAD, and I was fortunate enough to crack it. INSEAD ticked all my goals for the programme.

If you were to describe your experience in one sentence, what would it be?

The ability to connect with a cohort in such a short timeframe was electrifying!

Has the EMBA helped you in your career so far?

During the programme, I have already made a transition within my company to the role of a Financial Controller for the Middle East, and Africa region. The Return on Investment (ROI) has already started.

What are your thoughts about the multi-campus experience?

It is one of the highlights of the programme. During the programme I get to attend classes at the Fontainebleau, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore campuses. Also, I have an option to choose an off-campus location from diverse options such as the US, Israel, Brazil, and Switzerland for the Key Management Challenges (KMC).

Could you tell us more about the Leadership Development Programme experience?

We are assigned to a meticulously curated group of four or five members. We are together throughout the programme (and hopefully for life 😊) with a dedicated coach.

The discussions are deep, challenging, and insightful.

Such interactions will unsettle you but will surely make profound changes in your everyday leadership journey.

What advice would you give to someone who might be interested in pursuing an INSEAD Masters programme?

Be open to change. Come prepared to spend quality time at the campus. You will be amazed at the range of ideas and opportunities that comes your way to learn and grow!
