Katy is the Associate Dean of Degree Programmes at INSEAD. Katy has 14+ years of graduate higher education experience in career development, programme management, and student-facing services and is responsible for a team of 170 professionals across three campuses to manage the commercial leadership of INSEAD's Degree Programme portfolio: MBA, Global Executive MBA, Executive Master in Change, Executive Master in Finance, Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA, and the Master in Management.
